Element: Identify potential for group
  • Carry out community research to determine potential interest in forming group in a locality or region
  • Encourage members of existing groups to use their networks to promote the group and program, and to identify new members
       
Element: Develop approach to create and maintain interest
  • Identify community networks, organisations and media as potential avenues for promotion
  • Promote program in region or locality to create interest in the program and its objectives
  • Modify approaches to diverse sections of the community to cater for their perspectives and cultures

Assessment Tasks

Copy and paste from the following data to produce each assessment task. Write these in plain English and spell out how, when and where the task is to be carried out, under what conditions, and what resources are needed. Include guidelines about how well the candidate has to perform a task for it to be judged satisfactory.
